Basira is a personal-money app that helps you see how much you can safely spend before your next income arrives. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.
What you enter
To work, Basira stores the information you choose to enter: your account email, your income cycle, expenses and how you paid, balances and goals. Basira does not connect to your bank and never asks for your bank login.
What we measure
We record only a small amount of usage information: visit counts; an approximate location derived from your IP address by our hosting provider's traffic analytics; your language setting (Arabic or English); and that a coach conversation happened, including whether the answer was given or declined.
Coach events never include what you typed or what the coach replied, any amount, income, expense, balance or goal, or your name, email or account identifier.
How we use it
- To run the app and calculate your safe-to-spend number.
- To understand site traffic.
- To check that the coach follows its safety rules, in both languages.
We do not sell your information, use it for advertising, or share it with advertisers.
The coach
The coach answers questions about your recorded budget and calculations in plain language, in Arabic or English. Basira does not currently recommend securities, trades or personalized investments. Your conversations are not used for advertising.
Your choices
- Export your data from inside the app at any time.
- Delete your account and data from inside the app at any time.
- Contact us to ask what we hold about you or to correct it.
Service providers
We use trusted providers to host the app, manage sign-in and run the coach. They process data only to provide those services to us.

بصيرة تطبيق لإدارة الأموال الشخصية يساعدك على معرفة المبلغ الآمن للصرف قبل وصول دخلك القادم. توضح هذه السياسة ما نجمعه ولماذا، والخيارات المتاحة لك.
المعلومات التي تدخلها
ليعمل التطبيق، تحفظ بصيرة المعلومات التي تختار إدخالها: بريد حسابك الإلكتروني، ودورة دخلك، ومصاريفك وطريقة الدفع، وأرصدتك وأهدافك. لا ترتبط بصيرة بحسابك البنكي ولا تطلب بيانات دخول البنك أبداً.
ما نقيسه
نسجّل قدراً محدوداً من معلومات الاستخدام فقط: عدد الزيارات؛ وموقعاً تقريبياً مستمداً من عنوان IP عبر تحليلات مزوّد الاستضافة؛ ولغتك (العربية أو الإنجليزية)؛ وحدوث محادثة مع المساعد، وما إذا قُدّمت الإجابة أو رُفضت.
لا تتضمن أحداث المساعد أبداً ما كتبته أو ما ردّ به المساعد، ولا أي مبلغ أو دخل أو مصروف أو رصيد أو هدف، ولا اسمك أو بريدك الإلكتروني أو معرّف حسابك.
كيف نستخدمها
- لتشغيل التطبيق وحساب المبلغ الآمن للصرف.
- لفهم زيارات الموقع.
- للتأكد من التزام المساعد بقواعد الأمان، باللغتين.
لا نبيع معلوماتك، ولا نستخدمها للإعلانات، ولا نشاركها مع المعلنين.
المساعد
يجيب المساعد عن أسئلتك حول ميزانيتك المسجّلة وحساباتها بلغة بسيطة، بالعربية أو الإنجليزية. لا تقدّم بصيرة حالياً توصيات بشأن الأوراق المالية أو التداول أو الاستثمارات الشخصية. لا تُستخدم محادثاتك لأغراض إعلانية.
خياراتك
- صدّر بياناتك من داخل التطبيق في أي وقت.
- احذف حسابك وبياناتك من داخل التطبيق في أي وقت.
- تواصل معنا لمعرفة ما نحتفظ به عنك أو لتصحيحه.

نستعين بمزوّدين موثوقين لاستضافة التطبيق وتسجيل الدخول وتشغيل المساعد، ويعالجون البيانات فقط لتقديم هذه الخدمات لنا.
